“Dear Rich, I am writing to commend the young men, Joe and Kyle (and Taylor for one day), who completed air sealing weatherization project here at Mt. Caramel Apts. the week of January 3-6, 2012. They were polite, well spoken, professional, and hard workers. They left the units as neat as possible and went out of their way to assist the elderly residents (average age of 78). They did work in all 54 units and I received not one word of complaint. In fact, I received a few compliments describing them as I did.
